We recommend you hire an event planner to coordinate the details of your event. Your event planner will interface with our on-site event manager to answer any questions related to the building and the coordination of third-party vendors throughout the process.

There are no vendor restrictions, however, we recommend our trusted preferred caterers who are familiar with our facility.

Bar services must be provided by the contracted caterer. Non-profit organizations may provide their own alcohol.

Monday - Thursday - starting at $950. Includes up to 5 hours. Additional time is $190/hour.

Friday Daytime - starting at $1,125. Includes up to 5 hours. Additional time is $225/hour. Daytime rentals must conclude by 2:00 PM.

Friday Evening - starting at $1,500. Includes up to 5 hours. Additional time is $300/hour. Evening access begins at 3:00 PM.

Saturday Daytime - starting at $1,250. Includes up to 5 hours. Additional time is $250/hour. Daytime rentals must conclude by 2:00 PM.

Saturday Evening - starting at $2,250. Includes up to 5 hours. Additional time is $450/hour. Evening access begins at 3:00 PM.

Sunday - starting at $1,500. Includes up to 5 hours. Additional time is $300/hour.

All rentals include exclusive use of the gallery and an on-site Gallery Host throughout your reservation. Your Gallery Host will provide access, answer venue-related questions, assist with facility needs, and oversee the gallery during your event.

Rental time includes all setup, event, and teardown time. Your reservation begins when you or your vendors first enter the gallery and ends when all guests, vendors, equipment, decorations, and personal belongings have been removed.

A $250 cleaning fee is added to all event rentals.

Add the Studio at Ideation Orange to your package. The adjacent Studio at Ideation Orange may be added to your rental for $1,500. The Studio includes an open kitchen, a high-top table with seating for eight, additional lounge seating, a screening room accommodating approximately 12–15 guests, and a conference room.

An executed agreement and deposit of 50% of the rental fee is required to reserve Gallery at Ideation Orange.

The remaining balance of the rental fee and any additional service fees (cleaning, security, technology, etc.) will be due 30 days prior to the event.

Gallery at Ideation Orange accepts check, money order, and all major credit cards with an additional 3% processing fee.

There is no refund on rental deposits. if you decide to move the date of the event, you may do so, pending availability. We charge a $500 booking fee for date change.

Gallery at Ideation Orange has 16 parking spaces in our dedicated lot. Additional free parking is available on Powell Street. See our preferred vendors list for valet companies for hire.
